If the owner takes good care of and teaches the green-winged macaw, it only takes a period of training to get to know the owner and be able to talk. After a long period of training, it is possible that the green-winged macaw can still chat with its owner.

1. After the green-winged macaw recognizes its owner, it will flap its wings the moment it sees the owner. The urge to chirp or talk, and the desire to get food or treats from their owners.

2. If the Green-winged Macaw is not its owner but is approached by a stranger, the Green-winged Macaw may hide.
