1. Bullfrogs are carnivorous and usually feed on small insects and the like. But young frogs are a bit special. They will only eat some moving food, and they generally ignore food that does not move. Therefore, it is best to feed live insects when feeding young frogs, and larger bullfrogs can be cultivated slowly. Its instinct is to eat dead things.

2. Bullfrogs like to rest in the shade during the day and generally do not move around. Bullfrogs only start hunting at night, so feeding times are mainly concentrated at night. Pay attention to the combination of nutrition. Feeding a single food for a long time is very unfriendly to bullfrogs. It must be changed frequently and some other nutrients should be added to the food.

3. Bullfrogs are relatively sensitive to temperature. Generally speaking, temperatures of 5-10 degrees Celsius and below will cause bullfrogs to slowly enter a dormant period, while temperatures below zero are likely to cause the death of bullfrogs. The bullfrog itself has no means of resistance to temperature. The temperature will cause problems. The most suitable temperature for the bullfrog is generally controlled at around 20-35 degrees Celsius.

4. Long-term immersion in highly polluted water will increase the incidence of bullfrogs, and red leg disease occurs more frequently. Therefore, if it is stagnant water, it is best to change the water source regularly. You should choose the time according to your own breeding density. If it is living water, it can be extended appropriately, but it also needs to be cleaned regularly.
