Four steps to bathe your dog:

1. Brush. Be sure to remove knots from your dog's coat before bathing, as their hair will become more matted and difficult to remove when wet.

2. Soak. Be sure to check the water temperature, and once you're sure it's warm and comfortable, move the shower head closer to allow the water to penetrate deeper into the hair to maintain the proper temperature.

3. Rinse. Dogs are usually bathed in the shower. First wet their hair, then rub it with shower gel, and let the foam stay on the dog for about 10 minutes before rinsing.

4. Drying. After bathing the dog, blow dry the dog's hair before taking it out, otherwise the dog will catch a cold easily.
