Goldfish don't change their scales. When a goldfish loses scales, it may be due to the following three reasons: 1. Accidental knocking, which may be caused by the goldfish being frightened and running around, causing the scales to be accidentally knocked off; 2. Fighting, which may be caused by goldfish fighting each other. Caused by; 3. Sickness, it may be that the goldfish suffers from diseases such as pine scale, which causes the scales to fall off.

Tip:

If the fish tank is not big enough, do not raise too many goldfish, and do not place too many decorations to prevent goldfish from fighting due to too small living space. If it is due to illness, the owner needs to change the water, litter and water filter element, and then sprinkle some potassium permanganate or sea salt into the fish tank to disinfect the goldfish in a medicated bath.
