Symptoms of hairball disease in rabbits:

1. Constipation. After a rabbit suffers from hairball disease, the feces will contain a lot of hairballs. The rabbit hair and feces are mixed together to form a string. If the abdomen is touched, hairballs of uneven sizes will be felt.

2. Loss of appetite. Rabbits suffer from hair ball disease, and a lot of hair remains in the stomach, which cannot be dissolved, which will affect the rabbit's digestion and absorption, causing the rabbit to have a loss of appetite.

3. No defecation. The symptoms of hair ball disease are obvious in the late stage. The rabbit is severely depressed, fasting, does not defecate, or the stool becomes small or even elongated. Rabbits with acute disease may die suddenly.

4. Vomiting. If hairball disease in rabbits is severe, it may cause gastrointestinal obstruction, causing abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, and rapid weight loss.

5. Depression. When rabbits have hairball syndrome, they feel very uncomfortable and become very quiet, lying in the corner by themselves.
