Cats suffering from heat stroke cannot eat Huoxiang Zhengqi. The smell of Huoxiang Zhengqi is very irritating, and cats’ sense of smell is very sensitive, making it very uncomfortable for cats. Moreover, Huoxiang Zhengqi is a drug for human use, and no animal drug sensitivity test has been conducted on cats. If cats take it rashly, it may cause systemic allergic reactions. ​​​​​​

If a cat suffers from heat stroke, you should immediately prepare a basin of cold water, moisten it with a large towel, and wrap the cat's whole body. You can also use a towel wrapped with ice cubes and place it on the side of the cat's head and neck, under the arms and near the thighs. You need to use a thermometer to measure your temperature every five minutes until the temperature drops below 39°C.

Mild heat stroke can be treated by cooling down at home, while severe heat stroke should send the cat to the hospital for treatment.
