1. First, you should choose a quiet delivery environment. To ensure that the temperature is suitable, do not choose a cold and humid place. Cats like to give birth in a darker space, which makes them feel more secure, so there is no need to choose a place that is too bright.

2. Prepare a birth box or delivery room for the female cat. You can buy a cat-specific delivery room, or use a tent or box of appropriate size instead. The space in the delivery room does not need to be large, as long as the female cat can lie flat and her limbs can be stretched out. Whether you are using a delivery room or a delivery box, a threshold must be set to prevent newborn kittens from crawling out.
