2. Theophylline. In addition to inhibiting phosphodiesterase, theophylline can increase the cAMP concentration in smooth muscle cells. At the same time, it has an antagonistic effect on adenosine receptors; it can promote the secretion of adrenaline in the body, enhance the airway ciliary clearance function and anti-inflammatory effect.

How to prevent asthma attacks in dogs

1. When summer comes, the dog’s hair can be thinned to facilitate heat dissipation. If the hair is too long, the dog will inhale it when shedding. May cause asthma.

2. The kennel should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, but pay attention to preventing cold. The cushions and quilts should be cleaned and exposed to the sun frequently. It is best to disinfect them regularly, including the dog's food bowl and toys.

3. Take a bath and comb your hair frequently, and add some pet liquid to the bath water to prevent skin diseases.

4. Eat scientifically, choose nutritious and high-quality dog ​​food with natural low oil and salt, and appropriately supplement the intake of pork. Pork contains a large amount of vitamin B, and vitamin B has a good effect on preventing asthma attacks.

5. When going for a walk, do not go to places with dense crowds of people or pets, bushes, grass, etc. Mosquitoes or plants may cause respiratory allergies and lead to asthma attacks.

6. Clean and disinfect your home frequently, pay attention to air circulation, and do not let your dog stay in a hot environment for a long time in summer.
