Prevention of accidents that may occur during dog grooming

I feel that in recent years, pet grooming businesses have called for solutions, mostly when customers’ dogs and cats were injured or died. Although some mistakes may not necessarily occur on the part of the beautician, disputes with customers will not be resolved until the matter is resolved. Seriously affect work mood and life pace.
If you have been in this industry for three years and have never had this problem bother you, I can only say 'lucky'. If it has happened before and made you wary, making your mistakes less and less, then it is 'Normal', but please read the following steps carefully, they are definitely nutritious.
1. Age and health examination
Sick dogs that are elderly or physically weak may not be able to withstand a full set of grooming procedures in some cases. If you think it is feasible, you should also pay attention to the following three points:
(1) Use a hand hair dryer and do not use a dryer;
(2) Use electric clippers to deal with tangled coats, do not force combing;
(3) Keep your eyes on the dog and pay attention to the situation at all times.
2. Physical examination
Oral cavity: Excessive tartar, thick alveolar leakage, or hair and silk threads stuck in the teeth, or accumulation of food crumbs causing stench. Be sure to inform the guest in advance, so that you will not be blamed for not being able to clean it.
Eyeballs: Are there any injuries before the beauty treatment? Remember to take a few drops of protective eye drops before showering, and apply eye drops again after all the beauty work is completed. This is a job that beauticians are most likely to neglect or skip. It is common for customers to call to inquire after they find their dog’s eyes are red and swollen when they get home.
Ears: If inflammation produces ulceration and odor, do not clean it to prevent it from getting worse. However, if you find earwax growth caused by mold, staphylococcus, ear scabies, etc., and it is difficult to clean it, you should tell the owner to send him to the doctor.
Skin: Check whether scabies, trichocystis, fleas, and cattle ticks are detected first. If there is an infection from eczema or fungus, it depends on the size and severity. It should be judged first as a reference for subsequent grooming and showering. Otherwise, external parasites will blame your store for being unclean. In the latter case, after the customer's dog comes in with long hair (stray hair), After paying the money and going home naked (the coat has been stripped, stripped, and plucked by the beautician), I might come back to you two days later with skin inflammation all over my body to settle the score.
Anus: Is there dysentery? There are streakworms and roundworms in the feces contaminated by hair nearby. Is there any penetration or swelling in the anal sac line before it is squeezed and twisted? If so, inform the owner in advance. If there is still a peculiar smell after showering, we will not blame you.
Limbs: Is it normal to stand? If there is shaking or shrinking of the legs, it means muscle injury, and the chance of fracture is quite high. You need to inform us in advance before doing beauty treatment to avoid trouble. We have encountered a child who broke a dog's leg and sent it to the beauty salon without saying a word. (Monthly subscription system), if you don’t check it at that time, you will be in trouble with the adults.clear.
