Dogs with low fever will suffer from loss of appetite and lethargy. The paws will be hot to the touch, the ears will be hot, the nose will be dry, and there will also be symptoms such as trembling, coughing, vomiting, heavy breathing, and rapid heartbeat. In addition, eye excrement will increase when dogs have a low fever.

How to deal with low-grade fever in dogs:

1. You can wipe the dog’s foot pads and inner thighs with alcohol to help the dog dissipate heat.

2. Try to let the dog drink as much water as possible, which can lower the dog's body temperature, but do not give the dog raw water.

3. Dog fever is usually caused by inflammation or infection. The dog should be sent to the hospital in time to avoid worsening of the condition.
