2. The conservative treatment method is to use acupuncture and oral medications containing methylcobalamin to protect the nerves.

3. Use drugs to stimulate the affected area and acupoints. Common drugs include Di Lai, Angelicae Sinensis, Guning, closed anti-inflammatory needles, etc. Acutely ill dogs can stand within a week after treatment, while chronically ill dogs recover more slowly, generally taking one month to a year.
