Dog training taboos:

1. Severely beating and scolding the dog. When the dog has not yet established enough trust in its owner, the owner punishes the dog excessively and even injures the dog, which can easily cause the dog to become resistant and rebellious towards the owner.

2. There are no clear rewards and punishments. The dog must be rewarded in time when it does something right, and punished in time when it does something wrong. In this way, the dog will understand how to get rewarded for what it does, and it will do it often.

3. Lack of patience. Training a dog actually requires repeated training and a step-by-step process. In many cases, it’s not that the dog is disobedient, but that the owner is impatient and always gives up halfway.

4. The training time is too long. The best training time is about 15-20 minutes. During this period, the dog will maintain concentration. If the time is too long, the dog will lose patience and its learning ability will be reduced.

5. Punishment afterwards. If a dog does something wrong, it must be caught immediately. If a long time passes, even if the dog is reprimanded, it will not remember what it did wrong, but will feel aggrieved.
