How to teach a dog to play dead

1. Control the training time. People can adjust and concentrate quickly, and the maintenance time is relatively long, but the attention span of dogs is shorter than that of people, so when training, each training should be controlled to about fifteen minutes, one day. Two training sessions are enough, but if you find that your dog is not focused, don’t force the training. You can let it adjust first.

2. If your dog can understand the lie down command, we can start training directly.

3. Slowly move the bait downward until the dog lies down. The other hand can assist in pressing down.

4. Then give it the command to stand, wait for it to stand up, make the shooting gesture again, and say "biu", then press it to lie on its side with its head on the ground, and reward it with snacks.

5. Repeat the above actions until the dog has the consciousness to play dead. Remember to reward promptly, be patient, and don’t lose your temper.
