Cats generally do not suffer from diarrhea after eating chicken liver. Chicken liver is rich in nutrients, and eating it once in a while is not harmful to cats. Some cats may have fragile gastrointestinal functions and poor digestion and absorption functions. They may not be able to adapt to eating chicken liver, and may suffer from diarrhea.
