Mother cats cannot eat raw eggs. Ordinary raw eggs contain Salmonella, E. coli and Campylobacter, so mothers of cats cannot eat raw eggs. It is recommended that cat owners feed fully cooked eggs to their mothers. When feeding, remove the egg whites and only eat the yolks. This can be mixed into cat food to increase the cat's appetite.

Notes on giving eggs to cats:

1. Although eggs are very good for cats, they still cannot use eggs as their staple food.

2. When feeding eggs, try to cook them in plain water without adding seasonings; cooked eggs contain less antibiotic protein than raw eggs, and antibiotic proteins will hinder cats’ absorption of vitamin b7.

4. It is usually not recommended for cats under 3 months old to eat eggs, because the cat’s digestive system is not yet complete at this time and may cause indigestion.
