Gekko tails cannot be eaten by cats. What to do if a cat eats a gecko:

2. However, if a cat eats a dead gecko, it may cause a poisoning reaction, which may lead to death in severe cases, because the gecko may die from rat poison. When raising cats, do not let cats eat dead items.
