Can golden retriever puppies be fed milk?

Golden retriever puppies, no matter how many months old they are, are not suitable for drinking milk. Many healthy puppies will suffer from diarrhea and vomiting after eating and drinking milk. In serious cases, the puppies may even die of dehydration. This is because milk contains low protein, low fat and high lactose, which cannot be absorbed and digested by puppies' intestines and stomach.
