What to do if you encounter an off-leash dog
It’s best to calm down when you encounter an unleashed dog. Don’t run around barking or scare the dog. Normal dogs will not bite people, so just walk quietly and normally. Be careful not to stare. Watch the dog, otherwise the dog may think you are hostile and attack you.
