The eight major varieties of Tibetan Mastiff that we often talk about are: Snow Mastiff, Mongolian Mastiff, Red Mastiff, Gray Mastiff, Black Mastiff, Ghost Mastiff, Yellow Mastiff and Iron-clad Gold Tibetan Mastiff. They are all Tibetan Mastiffs, but they are called by different colors. Differently, the Tibetan Mastiff is a unique dog breed in our country. It was a very popular dog breed in the past, but excessive marketing by merchants has made the Tibetan Mastiff no one cares about it now.
