Why do wild cats meow at people?

Wild cats barking at people may be a sign that they are hungry, scared or friendly. Wild cats have been wandering outside for a long time and basically feed on garbage. Their bodies lack nutrition and want to get food through barking when they see humans. Cats are also insecure. When they see objects that are taller than themselves, they will feel fear and shout loudly to show their fright.
