Blue male cats in estrus will urinate indiscriminately, ride astride, have a bad temper, want to go out, be disobedient, bite, etc. Female blue cats in estrus will show loss of appetite, clinginess, excitement, and actively approaching male cats. Characteristics include hunger strike, vaginal swelling, and discharge of clear fluid.

Female cats usually start to go into heat when they are about eight months old, while male cats go into heat under the influence of the female cat’s heat. If you don’t want the cat to breed , it is recommended to have sterilization surgery as soon as possible.
