The rabies vaccine and the triple vaccine are separate vaccines and do not conflict with each other, so any one can be vaccinated first, and there is no fixed order. Rabies vaccination is required once a year. If it is a domestic pet cat or a cat that does not go out, it does not need to be vaccinated later, because rabies needs to be transmitted through bites, so as long as you do not come into contact with other cats, you will not be infected.
