Munchkin cats have a narrow chest due to their short legs. They also cannot bounce as well as long-legged cats because of their short legs. Some Munchkin cats will have congenital symptoms of a large heart and small lungs, but this does not affect the cat's lifespan and is basically fine if there are no other complications.
