Toxoplasma gondii will not stick to the paws of cats. They are spread through cat feces. However, not all cat feces contain Toxoplasma gondii. There is only a one percent chance that Toxoplasma gondii will be present, and Toxoplasma gondii is present in cat feces. It takes two days for cat feces to become contagious, so as long as we clean up cat feces in time, it will generally not be contagious.
