Can Bichons eat grapes?

Bichons cannot eat grapes, because both grapes and raisins contain an enzyme and a large amount of phosphorus and lithium. Feeding them in large quantities can cause hyperphosphatemia in dogs, and in severe cases, acute renal failure or hemolysis can occur. Generally, within 6 hours of eating grapes, dogs will have abnormal reactions, which are very similar to the symptoms of acute gastroenteritis, such as loss of appetite, diarrhea, vomiting, etc., but incompletely digested grapes may be excreted in the feces.
