Dogs are prone to respiratory diseases in autumn

As the temperature drops, dogs’ resistance will also become unstable, making it easy for them to catch colds and cause respiratory diseases.
Generally, dogs suffering from colds show signs of depression, a sharp decrease in food intake, elevated body temperature, chills, flushed conjunctiva, blurred eyes and tearful eyes, accompanied by coughing. The nasal fluid flowing out of the nostrils in the early stage of the disease is serous, later turns into mucus or yellow mucus, and then turns into purulent secretions. It is often accompanied by itching of the nasal mucosa. Dogs often scratch their noses with their front paws, which can easily cause scratches. The skin temperature is uneven, the tips of the ears and the ends of the limbs feel cold, and the number of breaths increases.

Dogs are prone to gastrointestinal problems in autumn

Infectious diseases are easy to break out in spring and autumn, causing digestive system problems. Unclean diet and incomplete nutrition can lead to the recurrence of original chronic gastrointestinal diseases or induce new digestive system diseases. Especially for older pets, their body functions gradually decline and they cannot adapt to changes in the outside world in a timely manner, making them prone to diarrhea or constipation.
