Solution

1 First, take your dog to the pet hospital for a check-up to determine whether the dog's unwillingness to eat is caused by disease, parasites or simply a picky eater. Also consult your doctor to choose a dog food suitable for your dog.

2 When improving picky eating, make sure not to give your dog too many snacks. When you see it feeling hungry, give it an appropriate amount of dog food.

3 Change your feeding habits. Don’t put a bowl of dog food for the dog to eat all day long. If you provide food to the dog for a long time, the dog will reduce its desire for food and have something to eat at any time when it feels hungry. There is nothing to worry about. Feed regularly and quantitatively. If it shows no interest in food, take it away if it does not eat for 10 to 15 minutes. After the time is exceeded, take away the food bowl and do not give it any other food until the next meal.

4 Then completely ignore its request for food.

5 Maintain an adequate supply of clean water and give it 10 to 15 minutes of thinking time every day. Generally, the picky eating situation of dogs will be improved.
