Can dogs drink milk?

About half of dogs are lactose intolerant. These dogs cannot digest and absorb milk. The other half of dogs have no problem drinking milk. Therefore, it is not that all dogs cannot drink milk, but some dogs cannot drink milk because of different physical constitutions. It is generally recommended to feed dogs goat's milk, which is more nutritious than cow's milk and easier for dogs to absorb. It is the most ideal breast milk substitute.
