Small black dots and scum on dogs are flea droppings. You can check whether there are live fleas deep in the dog's coat. The owner can use hands or a comb to remove fleas. When your dog comes back from the outdoors, you should comb the dog’s coat and remove the adhesives on the coat. You should also bathe your dog regularly and deworm them.
