Scab wounds will not become infected if they are licked by dogs

2. If a fresh wound is licked by a dog, it may also lead to rabies infection.
3. After high-risk exposure, timely rabies vaccination and preventive measures are required.
4. If the wound has scabs or is bitten but there is no skin wound, and the dog just licks it, there will be no rabies infection, and there is no need to inject rabies vaccine for prevention.
