Bananas (2), pet milk (45g-50g), low-gluten flour (65g-70g), protein (3)

Steps

1. Put the bananas Crush with a spoon.
2. Add pet milk or water to the banana puree, stir evenly, then pour in low-gluten flour and stir into banana paste.
3. Use a machine to beat 3 to 4 egg whites into stiff peaks, then mix them into the banana paste and mix well.
4. Pour the banana paste into a 25cm cake mold and place baking paper underneath.
5. Preheat the oven to 150°C and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
