Nine major equipment needed for police dog training

1. Gear neck holster: This type of neck holster is made of very thick leather, with zigzag-shaped spikes inside, with the tips facing inward. If the dog disobeys the trainer's orders and moves forward tenaciously, its skin and flesh will be stimulated and painful. This type of equipment can only be used for aggressive dogs, or dogs that are quickly trained for the purpose of commercial sales.
2. Prone neck collar: This type of collar is suitable for dogs that cannot tolerate lying down for a long time. The method is to connect the collar to the dog's forelimbs. As long as the hand is pulled, the dog is forced to lie on the ground and can no longer stand up and move forward. This type of collar is the best tool for dealing with careless dogs.
3. Dumbbell: It is best to make it from hard and smooth wood, and its shape is like a dumbbell. The balls at both ends can be replaced, and various wooden balls or metal balls of different weights can be used according to the needs of dog training. Mainly used for dog holding object training.
4. Muzzle: It is best to make it with a belt. It is used to control the dog's mouth when training the dog to monitor objects, defend against enemies or attack.
7. Leather belt: used for whipping when training dogs, about 0.6-1 meter long.
8. Long belt: A necessary tool for training search, forward, backward and other movements. A 3-5 meter cotton rope or soft nylon rope can be used. One end is connected to the dog's collar, and the other end is held by the dog handler.
9. Neck gaiter: usually made of leather, but also made of metal. For dogs that do not obey commands during training, use a corrective collar.
