What to do if there are ticks on Teddy

1. Apply alcohol to the tick's body to make the tick's head relax or die. After a few minutes, use sharp-tipped tweezers to remove the tick, pinch the insect by its mouthparts, and pull quickly to remove the tick. This method is the fastest and most effective, but it requires skill. If the operation is not good, only the body of the tick will be removed, but the mouthparts will still remain in the Teddy's skin, so it is best to go to the hospital and let a doctor handle it.
2. Apply topical anthelmintics on the back of Teddy's neck. Teddy beans will die, and the mouthparts will loosen and shrink and fall off automatically. Apply anti-inflammatory medication to the damaged area after removal and keep the area clean. This is also a very advisable method. Teddy is less painful, but it takes some time to see the effect. The bugs will not fall off immediately after death. It is best to wait for them to fall off naturally. Don’t think of killing yourself in a hurry. If you don't take it out, it will leave the mouthparts on the Teddy. If you don't clean it cleanly, it will cause skin inflammation.
3. You can use soapy water or alcohol to smear the injured area to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Clean it after a while or the next day when Teddy doesn’t feel so painful. It will be more cooperative. Be sure to clean it to avoid tick mouth. Do not leave the device in the skin as it may cause infection.
4. Apply anti-inflammatory drugs to clean wounds to prevent inflammation and ulceration. After the knots from the wound fall off and Teddy's skin returns to its normal pink color, it will be considered completely healed.
