1) Floral cotton cloth (collar surface cloth);

2) Nylon webbing (collar lining);

3) Plastic buckle (similar to backpack buckle);

4) Metal D-ring (used to connect the drawstring);

5) Drawstring (leather rope, nylon rope or webbing can be used);

6) Metal hook buckle (used to connect the drawstring and collar).

Dog collar production:

1) Cut the floral cotton fabric to a width approximately twice the width of the nylon webbing plus seam allowance;

2) Wrap the webbing with cotton cloth and sew it into the main body of the collar;

3) Pass the D-ring through one end of the main fabric, then through the buckle, and sew together to fix;

4) The other end of the main fabric is inserted into the other end of the buckle and sewed in place.

5) Sew (or tie) the drawstring to the metal hook.

This completes the production of the dog collar and drawstring. The collar and drawstring are both buckled and can be removed at any time.
