The reasons why turtles always want to crawl out of the tank:

1. The environment changes. When a turtle arrives in a new environment and lacks a sense of security, it will crawl out of the tank.

2. Direct sunlight. Under normal circumstances, most turtles prefer shade, and long-term direct sunlight will have adverse effects on turtles.

3. Courtship. It may be that during the breeding season, the turtle needs to find a mate, so this phenomenon occurs.

4. Poor water quality. The environment in the turtle tank is relatively poor and the water quality is relatively dirty. Turtles may also crawl out due to discomfort.

5. The container is too small. Some turtle breeding containers may be just a small round basin, which makes the turtle lose its sense of direction and has no distinction between water areas. Such a living environment is not friendly to the turtle, and it will become anxious and want to escape.

6. Go out to hunt. Turtles are also capable of hunting. If there is no prey in the water or in the terrarium, they may want to go out to hunt.
