Snow squirrels cannot be kept in hot places. When the temperature is too high, it may cause the snow squirrel to die of heat stroke. Snow squirrels can grow healthily by controlling the temperature between 25°C and 30°C when raising them. When raising snow squirrels in hot weather in summer, it is necessary to provide sufficient drinking water to avoid heat stroke. When raising animals in summer, it is also necessary to ensure indoor air circulation, try not to go outdoors, and take cooling measures when the temperature reaches above 36°C.

Characteristics of the living environment of snow squirrels:

1. Snow squirrels are suitable for survival at 20~30℃. If the temperature exceeds 30℃, they will suffer from heatstroke or even death. In the hot summer, you need to take measures to cool down. In the winter, you will hibernate in the wild, but there is no need to hibernate in a warm home.
