Treatment methods for dog anal adenitis:

1. If the dog’s anal glands are inflamed, first use iodophor to disinfect them, and then use a napkin to hold the dog’s anus. Try squeezing, and if there is thick discharge, continue squeezing. After squeezing, clean the anus with warm salt water. After treatment, you can apply erythromycin ointment and anti-inflammatory ointment.

2. If the entire anus and its surroundings are severely bulged and feel very hard, do not squeeze.
