2-month-old Golden Retriever puppies should be fed 4-5 times a day, every 5 hours; 3-12-month Golden Retrievers should be fed 3 times a day, once in the morning, noon and evening; adult Golden Retrievers should be fed in the morning and evening Just feed each one once. Usually, the owner must feed it regularly and quantitatively to facilitate the digestion and absorption of the golden retriever. Do not feed it randomly or excessively to avoid burdening the gastrointestinal tract and causing indigestion of the golden retriever.
Precautions for feeding Golden Retrievers:
1. Do not feed Golden Retrievers a single diet. Nutrition must be balanced and the food must be diversified to avoid malnutrition in Golden Retrievers.
2. Do not feed your Golden Retriever too much liver-based food to avoid excessive accumulation of vitamin A in the body and lead to poisoning.
3. It is best not to feed your Golden Retriever food containing salt. Excessive salt intake will increase the burden on the kidneys, easily lead to a large amount of Golden Retriever hair loss, and may even lead to renal failure in severe cases.
