The reasons why Samoyed’s nose is dry:

1. When just after sleeping or waking up, the air is dry or the Samoyed’s nose is dry. Lack of water itself can cause it.

2. Samoyed’s infection with viruses or other diseases can also cause dry nose.

3. It is also possible that the Samoyed has just finished a strenuous exercise and is overly excited, resulting in a dry nose.

Solutions to Samoyed’s dry nose:

1. The owner can try to gently wipe the Samoyed’s nose with warm water not exceeding 50 degrees. to replenish moisture.

2. The owner can make a homemade pet mask and apply it on the Samoyed's nose, such as taking a small piece of sanitary napkin or wet wipes and applying mung bean paste, or directly soaking medical gauze with physiological saline.

3. When the Samoyed’s nose is dry, you can feed them some drinking water, or feed the dog food after foaming, or directly feed the Samoyed with a special hydrating soup can for pets.
