What's wrong with Samoyed's dry nose?

The reasons why Samoyed’s nose is dry:
1. When just after sleeping or waking up, the air is dry or the Samoyed’s nose is dry. Lack of water itself can cause it.
2. Samoyed’s infection with viruses or other diseases can also cause dry nose.
