Adult cats have not been vaccinated. In the first year, they need three shots to prevent feline distemper and other infectious diseases, and one shot to prevent rabies. The first three injections are given 21 days apart. After the last injection, the rabies vaccine is injected one week after the interval. Thereafter, a booster vaccination is given every 11 months. It should be noted that the cat needs to be in good health before being vaccinated.

Precautions after the cat is vaccinated:

1. After the cat is vaccinated, the cat may have swollen head, swollen face, and small red spots on the body. Rash and other allergies, so after the cat is vaccinated, the owner needs to wait for half an hour to observe the cat before leaving.

2. After cats are vaccinated, they should pay attention to preventing illness, keep warm, and supplement nutrition appropriately.

3. Be careful not to take a bath after the cat is vaccinated. It takes about 7 days after the vaccine is injected to produce a certain amount of antibodies. During this period, the cat’s resistance is weak and it is easy to catch cold and get sick while bathing.
