How Garfield likes people:

1. He likes to stick to his owner and rub his head against him. Cats like their owners and want to rub their heads next to their owners all the time and want to be touched by their owners.

2. Be willing to let the owner touch your belly. The belly is a sensitive part of a cat. If a cat likes people, it will let people touch its belly.

3. Will quietly stare at the owner. Who the cat is staring at indicates who he is more curious about.

4. Respond to the owner’s call. If a cat has a name, it will listen to and respond to its owner's calls.

5. When the owner leaves home, he behaves reluctantly and watches the owner off. If the owner has fixed commuting hours, the cat will appear at the door regularly to greet or see off the owner.
