Dogs can eat loquats. Loquats contain fructose, vitamins, trace elements and other ingredients. Proper feeding will be beneficial to supplement nutrition for dogs. But don’t overfeed loquats, just 5-6 loquats at a time. If you eat too much loquat, the alkaloids in the dog's body will exceed the standard, and the dog will have difficulty breathing, vomiting and even shock.

Notes on feeding loquats to dogs:

1. When feeding loquats to dogs, do not give them whole loquats directly. You must cut the loquats first. Remove the peel and core. The core contains cyanide, which may cause poisoning to dogs if eaten. Moreover, the core is very small and can easily cause obstruction in the dog's throat or esophagus, causing suffocation.

2. When feeding loquat meat to dogs, do not feed them too much to avoid causing diarrhea in dogs.
