American Short Fold-eared cats may not necessarily suffer from the disease, but Fold-eared cats have a high chance of developing the disease. Fold-eared cats do not have 100% normal bones and may only have mild to severe symptoms. The age at which cats with folded ears develop generally ranges from two months to six months old, but it can also occur after one year old. Although the onset of the disease is not life-threatening, it can cause a lot of pain to the body, and there are no symptoms after the onset. The only way to cure it is to rely on drugs to relieve pain.

Symptoms of cats with folded ears:
