Most American Shorthair cats are not very picky about food. You can add some meat, vegetables, or canned food to the cat food. American Shorthair kittens have a relatively weak constitution. Owners can add appropriate amounts of nutrients to cat food to enhance the cat’s constitution. Although American Shorthair cats are short-haired cats, they still need to be combed and fed with hair cream regularly.
