Source of rabies

In daily life, rabies mainly comes from dogs and cats, but it does not mean that they are the only sources of rabies infection. Domestic animals such as pigs, horses, cattle, and sheep are occasionally infected, but the probability is small.

The incubation period of rabies

The incubation period of rabies varies in length, mostly within three months, and in a very small number of patients, the incubation period exceeds half a year.

2. Infection through the respiratory tract
3. Infection through the digestive tract
4. Congenital infection
