Reasons for dogs being aggressive: Attacking their owners

Most dogs are willing to be trained to be subordinates to other members of the family and other members, and are willing to obey the orders of all members of the family. Yet many dogs are taught to be true “leaders” by ignorant owners. Once a dog believes it is the leader of the pack, it may attack to strengthen its control. A dog with a desire for dominance may attack its owner in order to possess a favorite object. Food, bones, resting places and toys can all trigger a dog's desire to possess and launch defensive attacks.

Reasons why dogs are aggressive: attacking strangers and visitors

Domestic dogs will bark when visitors enter their home, bravely protecting the family and their owners. If a visitor stands over the dog and bends down to pat it, the dog will perceive the visitor as a threat. If a dog has not experienced socialization training as a puppy, it will be particularly afraid of strangers.

The reason why dogs are aggressive: attacking other dogs

Dogs of the same gender often engage in aggressive behavior for dominance. It is more likely to occur between male dogs than between female dogs, and it mostly occurs in the dog's own territory. Some dogs simply have social problems, and these problems are mainly caused by sex hormones. Dogs with a strong desire to dominate and those that did not get along well with other dogs as a puppy may bark, attack, or even fight with other dogs they encounter.

Corrective training

Take the dog to a place where there are vehicles, pedestrians, livestock and poultry activities, loosen the leash and let the dog move freely, but closely monitor its actions. If the dog shows signs of biting people or animals, it should immediately use a threatening tone and be accompanied by mechanical stimulation by jerking the leash. When the dog stops bad behavior, reward it with the "good" command. After repeated training, you can switch to the training rope to master it until the training rope is cancelled.
