Pet shipping process

1. First, get the rabies vaccine for your pet. There will be a green booklet. The pet must apply for a quarantine certificate before flying.

2. Call the airline in advance to reserve an aerobic cabin. It is best for direct flights with a low probability of delay. The newer the aircraft, the better. The temperature of the aerobic cabin of older aircraft is not easy to control.

3. Buy a pet flight box. The airline stipulates that pets can rotate and stand freely in the flight box. The back should not be against the cage to facilitate feeding, but any part of the pet should not be allowed to stick out of the cage and bite others.

4. Do not feed in the morning before departure, give a small amount of water, wear a mask for large pet dogs, and do not use sedatives for small pet dogs. Stuff a large towel in the box to reduce bumps and collisions on the way and provide comfort to the pet. Dogs grind their teeth to pass the time.

5. Go to the airport 2-3 hours in advance to check in and present your quarantine certificate and immunity certificate.

6. When you get off the plane, bring your original ID card to the airport cargo station for pick-up, or pick it up at the baggage claim area.
