Use repellent or alcohol

If there are ticks on the dog, the owner can spray the dog's hair with external repellent. Or drop alcohol on the head of the tick. After a few minutes, some ticks will fall off automatically due to paralysis or death.

Use tweezers to clamp the body

If the tick does not fall off, you can use pointed tweezers to clamp the head of the tick and pull it out at once. It is best not to clamp the body, as the tick's body is easier to break with clamps.

Do not crush it with your hands

After removing the tick, just rub it on the dog's skin with alcohol. It is best to burn the removed tick directly with fire, because it contains many bacteria and viruses. Do not crush it directly with your hands. Once the tick bite wounds fall off and the dog's skin returns to its normal pink color, it will be considered completely healed.​
