What to do with dog hair felting

1. If the dog’s coat has been felted, you can use a metal comb to comb it. The fur felting is mostly located behind the ears and lower parts of the legs. Use a comb to comb down against the roots of the hairs in the direction of hair growth.
2. When encountering obstacles in rolling felt, grab the hair with your hands to keep the hair close to the skin in a relaxed state, and then comb it hard to prevent pain or hair pulling due to excessive force.
3. You can first use a nail brush to loosen the hair at the rolled felt area, divide it into easy-to-comb parts with your hands, and then use a metal comb to comb it out bit by bit.
4. If the felting is serious, you can use scissors to cut the felt along the direction of the hair, and then comb it.
5. When the rolling felt is particularly severe, it can be cut off. After the felting part is combed out, the long hair on the easy-to-rolling part needs to be cut appropriately to prevent the felting from rolling again.
